They have the ability to work closely with and support multiple functions within the site and are a key component to a successful season of producing quality seed.
Job Description General labor work in a variety of environmental conditions, primarily outdoors.
Each member must be willing and able to work in a variety of areas including the seed processing facility, fields, and/or warehouse environment.
Skills Required Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
Ability to function both individually and as a member of a team.
Ability to work in a variety of the following environmental conditions:
weather, walking surfaces, and climates, etc.
Ability to lift, push, and pull 40 - 50 pounds regularly and perform elevated work as required.
Frequent walking and standing is required on flat and uneven surfaces; this can include frequent work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions.
Additional Requirements Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check.
Any day of rest may occur anytime during the week and not necessarily on Saturday/Sunday.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with ability to meet overtime demands, including occasional shift work, weekends, and holidays.
Start time will be set anywhere between 6:
30 am - 7:
00 am.
End time will be set anywhere between 3:
00pm - 6:
30 pm and can change.
