Experience:
Applicant must possess the quality level of experience at the next lower qualifying pay band or equivalent grade under the General Schedule (GS/GG) pay system or other pay systems, demonstrating quality in the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies to meet the requirements of this position. Knowledge of an extensive body of policies and procedures governing the overall unit administrative and orderly room operations is required. The employee must be able to use this knowledge of various steps and procedures in order to perform duties, to ensure all actions are accomplished and if problems exist, are able to identify other alternatives as needed. The employee must be able to apply this knowledge of standard processes and procedures for evaluating program efficiency to implement processes to improve programs. Note:

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of the organizational and functional responsibilities and operations of an organization. 2. Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs. 3. Knowledge of security practices for ensuring the safeguarding of classified information in a complex security environment. 4. Knowledge of structure, programs and work methods of organization for personnel/maiming issues. 5. Skill in fact-finding, problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems. 6. Ability to gather, analyze and present facts, communicate effectively, using tact and courtesy and possess the ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines and ability to plan and organize management programs and functions of an organization. Experience:
Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK
Experience:
Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge and skills that can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
