INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS/GG-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
1) Interpreting data from network sensors and intrusion detection and prevention systems to identify potential network threats; 2) Analyzing files identified within network traffic to determine malicious properties, functions, and indications of compromise; 3) Developing countermeasures and network defense strategies to mitigate identified cyber threat activity; 4) Developing tools and techniques to identify vulnerabilities within network devices and operating systems.
